New sports section

Not sure how many sports fans there are

but all i can say is

I'll make a basketball section as yet i can't make you a moderator of it
every single user here would lynch me as you only joined yesterday

but chances are i'm gonna try a few runs of boosting members first

I may start grouping things like TV, Music and Film

Actually, I misunderstood slightly. For whatever reason I thought this was about a new section in the gaming bit.

And TV, film and music are their own big sections.

ay suggestions on structure and i don't mind attempting to rearranging things
but i would rather restructuring was done by me
if you want new sections i'm cool with kaio doing them though
