No idea. I guess the reasoning is that there will at some point be a GTA: SA game for the PSP, which all at some point be ported to the PS2. But since none of that has been announced...
And unless the PSP gets a GTA game within the next year or so, I'd be doubtful of a port, unless it was a simultaneous release.

GTA just don't really interest me any more i really liked 3 and VC but the others just aren't my thing
