about how long did it take to ship to repair and shipped back?

I have a launch 360, and it's happened to me twice, and I've never sent the 360 off for repair.

In both instances, turning the machine off for a day, then back on again, has fixed it.

i think it happened to mines because of an unlockable i was trying to get in dead rising :/

No idea. I got some message up on the screen, but I was too busy pissing myself with fear to read it properly. I was using a fan though, and that was the problem. Took it off and everything is fine.

DMC 4 was what I was playing when my PS3 YLod'd on me. God I fuckking hate capcom I knew they were just a bunch of gypsy snatch ticklers.

Yeah the 5 'Elite' xbox's i got RROD'd on me while i tried to do bloody palace mode 99th floor the screen got fuzzy or just distorted.
turned it off and th E message showed up every time (i was playing in a burning hot room so i guess that was the assumed factor that caused it) well at least no 6 i was able to kill dante and get the achievement. then my 1000g

Weird why DMC4 caused so many problems... but hell with capcom
