With a gameshark you can get one. But, thats only way someone can have it.

oh thats weird. to put it in the game and have no legit way to get it :/

First random was Snorlax

My first shiny ever caught was Red Gyarados.

Then in Crystal, I caught a shiny Nidoran(female). Then I caught something else that I forgot.

Then as I said before, LITERALLY the first pokemon caught in my Emerald version was a shiny Wingull.
