My main irk with Naruto at this time...

There is way too much going on!

What's happening with Naruto's training?
What's happening with Sasuke and Team Hawk?
What's happening with Tobi/Madara?
What's happening with the Raikage?
What's happening with that Cloud-nin team?
What's happening with Tsunade and Konoha?
What's happening with Pain and Konan?

Currently, there seems to be at least even individual subplots running at the same time! To make matters worse, Kishimoto cuts to another subplot just as you start to follow the current one! Is he trying to compensate for the long periods of zero plot progression by making the current storyline incomprehensively confusing?

he probably has no clue about what to do
most of the series looks like that

Itachi diedand Sasuke learned that his brother was a cross-dressing emo working on a secret assassian effort with the Third Hokage, then Sasuke determines that he must become Emo to avenge his brother's death, but since he was already emo the two emo sides cross to create his Mangekyo Sharingan, a bunch of shit happens in Kohona that eventually gives Naruto hax strength by Toad Sage training, Sasuke kills a wasp for fun and ends up getting attacked by the Kazekage's sexy group of Micheal Jackson rip-offs and Pamela Anderson.

Also, a side story is going on where a new character appears in Kohona with no explanation as to why she decided to appear now, and that she loves Shikamaru, who deserves the series more then Narutard.

I think that about sums it up.

Isn't it amazing how recent chapters have corrected all this by combining the plots together?

Actually it's because Zabuza and Haku died.

Kishimoto confirmed them as the only gay couple (currently) and they contained the faggotry for this series.

Making someone gay after they're out of the story is such a pussy thing to do. If you want to make some political statement do it when the character is still relevant (and popular).
