First anime you watched?

probably akira
series wise the 12 part legend of the four kings i think
but proper series was hokuto no ken (fist of the north star)
no idea when i started watching DBZ mind

Either Trigun or Cowboy Bebop.

weren't a big fan of it though i loved wolfwood (think thats what his name was)

Kimba the White Lion/Jungle Emperor Leo, though I doubt anyone even knew it was a manga/anime at the time.

Did you see the whole series? It's still one of my absolute favorites. It gets really serious near the end. I cried.

yeah i did
but the whole dealie with lesard/lestat (i seriously have no idea what his name was)it was french sounding
it was kinda anticlimactic and the actual final fight weren't so amazing (there were only 24 episodes right?)
there were definitely cool sections though
i just weren't a fan of vash in general

Yeah, I didn't like the very end of the series, but it was such a beautifully told story, I was willing to forgive it.

Actually, that might have been my first one too. I didn't get it, 'cuz I was really young at the time, but I liked the mechas. Trigun and Cowboy Bebop were the first anime I ever really appreciated, though.

Now if I think back more clearly, I do remember watching DBZ quite a bit.

I've seen DBZ, but I think it was after Evangelion and Trigun/Cowboy Bebop.

I only saw ~2 episodes, and I hated it.

I remember watching Dragon Ball Z on Sunday mornings many years ago.

The first anime series that I watched in its entirety and truly appreciated was Evangelion, if I remember correctly. The first movie for me was Akira.

I don't watch anime anymore. I don't know why.

Ehhh. That's a tough call. it was originally a toy line up but became a Japanese Cartoon after a while. So it determines which one you saw.
