After all that Jigsaw did, he really wants his victim to forgive him, then admits he is the main reason Jeff's son died? And his daughter being kidnapped?
What is his logic? He does stuff and doesn't like people to do what he does? Jigsaw sucks as a human being

John is killed, his story came to a closure, same thing for Amanda and their surviving victims. Logic should dictate this being a closure to this series, but instead there are four more films?

I think when it comes to story, SAW III is unexpectedly better than bad, the story is rather good after that scene with the torture porn of the cop lady, it ties some loose ends from the two films before it

What should I watch next? From the list I made

I think originally it was supposed to be a trilogy yes.

but I like how they handled it so the next 4 movies still relate back to the first 3 (or at least the first and 3rd)


also, I don't get why you put Magnolia on a shitty movies list.. but whatever, watch that. or IT, which again, I don't really understand why it's on the bad movie list, but each his own I guess

It makes sense even though it wasn't spelt out. Essentially jigsaw wanted to know he was forgiven when he had died. Also his work wouldn't be continued after his death (this is quite blatently meant to be a trilogy) so he needed to make sure the guy was punished if he died, hence kidnapping the daughter. Essentially the way the film played out you were meant to understand that jigsaw wasn't completely evil.

Magnolia has a good trailer, to see it really about people cussing and having nothing to do with each other, or anything related to the deaths shown in the start of the movie, nothing significant, it turned me off halfway
Then watch sometime later see it's around 3 hours and see a rain of toads? What is that? After the rain ends it's a minute of Tom Cruise and his father staring at each other in a minute of silnce
That's a good movie?

As for IT, it's bad, I don't know how the novel is, but the movie is bad, with some entertaining stuff here and there

well, I could tell you why it's actually a pretty darn good movie, but I already feel it's gonna be a waste of my time.. since some of the things you said are just downright ignorant.


all of the characters lives are connected in some way and that's exactly one of the things what makes Magnolia so good in the end..

You can tell, it could be one of those things I dislike earlier, and come to appreciate more with age

you know, just watch it again, and try to "get it"..

and the 3 deaths in the beginning have nothing to do really with the movie other than the concept of "incredible coincidence"

and that's what the rest of the movie plays on, "incredible coincidence" and the choices people make. it's a pretty good tale of how the lives of the main characters all got intertwined in some way..

He actually stated he would call an ambulance for his wife. Seeing as the guy didn't know his current location, he was a complete dick for doing what he did, he also had no way of knowing if he could get out of the building he was currently in and Jigsaw was clearly dying already. Considering jigsaw was considerably smarter then him and lead him to him, why the hell he thought jigsaw hadn't considered that he would kill him there and just highlights his stupidity.

These films are like a really crap version of the vengeance trilogy as at least those films were thought provoking whereas these are just really stupid and are trying to give the same message.

Saw wasn't meant to be a trilogy. Saw 3 was briefly planned to be the final film but it's obvious that that changed pretty quickly since there's stuff in Saw 3 that's only there to set up Saw 4.

After giving Magnolia another chance, it's not as bad as I remember it, still nothing more than decent. Going to strike it from the list above

As for SAW IV I got my fit with the level of stupidity there, it's even worse in a way thinking it's likely I act as clumsy or stupid in such position

Gave that Jeff/Geoff guy from SAW III side of the story some thought, and from my view, I don't view him cutting John's neck as such a dick move, not after all he's been through

John/Jigsaw: "Hey stupid, I spied on your life, kidnapped you and placed you in a box while you're drugged, just to teach you how to forgive and let go instead of being obsessed with the thought of extracting vengeance for the death of your son"

Then Geoff goes through all these traps, he had to force his hand to freeze (at least he didn't lose it) to save a woman who witnessed the death of his son then walked away. "I kidnapped her, I placed her naked for you to save her before she freezes to death

Next test: "Stupid, I didn't only kidnap you, I stole the possessions of your son who was killed 3 years ago, the stuff you cherish so much, burn it all to get a key out to save this judge from drowning in pigs internals"

Next test: "Face your killer, save him to be cleansed, don't shoot him or something like that, he didn't want to kill your son, he can't accept the punishment he got cause he thought it was insufficient for what he did. Look at him tortured in this torture porn scene cause I need you to save him"

Then he enters Jigsaw's room to see his wife shot after passing all 3 tests, shot by the idiot apprentice of Jigsaw. Yeah, gave him a hard time trusting someone like this will really call the ambulance for his shot wife

And then it's the devastator, after all the anger Geoff had building up he killed the dickish dick dick famed as Jigsaw, Jigglypuff dies and plays a tape: "I told you to forgive me asshole, your wife my subbordinate abducted is dead because of you, your daughter my subbordinate abducted and placed in a locked room to make sure you pass all your tests, now both you and her will die because of you.
Those are my final words to you; die you stupid dick"

Everyone died he didn't pass the tests... He hesitated that hardly showed he really was that forgiving, by killing jigsaw he proved he learnt nothing. Like I said he had no way to help his wife, jigsaw did. and he screwed up again.

SAW VI: OMG, that first torment scene, it's unbelievably hilarious, the one giving up more body flesh survives? Something must be wrong in me to find it hilarious
SAW VII: What's the point? Why would some doctor be part of some shitty operation? And in cost of his foot? And he keeps going with it? A Successful surgeon?

Skipped the first Ghost Rider film, jumped straight to SoV, and what the hey is that thing? Too chaotic, highly stupid, unbelievably funny

Kaio, you should watch the first 5 minutes or so of this movie, just to see the guy who played Rupert Giles in Buffy the Vampire Slayer

Christopher Lambert is in this one, sweet, I liked him as Rayden in Mortal Kombat

This is the funniest thing Ghost Rider I saw, GR scenes are crazy funny

yeah, the second Ghost RIder was pretty weird but awesome too in some way, and indeed lots of humor..I really enjoyed it
