It most likely will, although I'm willing to bet US/EU/AUS will still have to wait a good while. It always takes them ages to localize a Dragon Quest game.

Give it about a year. That's around how long Westerners need to wait.

Actually Square gets their translations done at a pretty decent time. I'd say about 7 or 8 months after Japanese release, maybe less. Even Atlus USA gets their stuff done in about a 9 month time span and they're a much smaller company.

Not in recent titles. In fact, with the exception of 4, all the DS titles had a minimum of a year in between the Japanese and US release dates.
