| Final Fight - Cody In the first game the only one he was playable in (he might have been in the arcade mode on streetwise i can't remember) he was the hero and everything works out fine. If you played streetwise or SF series. - Spoiler:
In SF series he ends up going to prison because he beats the crap out of scumbags on the street.
In Streetwise more depressingly, he goes to prison for a crime Guy commited and he ends up addicted to fighting, he later goes on to develop arthritis in his knees so he can never fight again. Then becomes hooked on drugs that turn him into a zombie, despite killing him (IIRC you throw him off a roof) he strangely is in the final cutscene hospitalised, i'm pretty sure his girlfriend has died or left him or something, everyone's pretty much dead at the end of that game
The real questions are why completely demolish the character if he wasn't going to be present in games. It kinda sucks when after you win final fight you realise don't worry son you saved the day but everything will end horribly for you. | |

| Massive RE6 (well, not really) - Spoiler:
Leon lets Ada get away despite all her crimes because of his feelings and he also kills every NPC he encounters, but nobody seems to mind.
Chris acts like an asshole and all of his men die (again). Ironically he survives.
Jake is a douchebag and it looks like he's going to be the next main character of the series.
Sherry is the most useless agent in a videogame EVER. Simmons must have wanted Jake dead to send only her to bring him.
Helena's selfish actions got the President and 70,000 people zombified and she's not even fired. What the hell.
Piers, the only decent character, who actually cares about saving the world and his team, is sacrificed to save Chris.
And of course Excella got screwed in RE5. Sexy, beautiful, classy, stylish, rich, smart... and she's betrayed and transforms into an ugly, huge tentacle monster 2 chapters after her introduction. Damn you Wesker. | |

| i finally found a game which the characters get screwed over for no reason every character in corpse party (psp) - Spoiler:
quite a few of the characters die and the remaining are forced to see other dead bodies of other students and endure a living hell. plus depite the fact that some of the characters escape those left behind (died) are forgotton by their student peers and i assume their parents as well) if they never existed bringing those who escaped into further dispair...... so yeah

| Every female character in every Japanese Hentai game ever.  Seriously, though, Rick Taylor would be a great example if not for Splatterhouse 3's best ending. | |
