Ah, this takes me back. A topic for nostalgic music in general (because the 90s always hog the limelight).

I was browsing my old external HDD and found this. Haven't listened to it for years. I remember I played this endlessly when I was around 16/17 years (the whole album, not just this one song). I'd always put it on when I played Burnout 3.
It's a lot funnier than I remember. Half the songs on Toxicity sound like novelty songs looking back at it.

Last year when I was hanging out with my friend, we would play one of their songs while driving around and make so much fun of it. I don't remember why I liked System of a Down in my early teens, but dammit I listened to a lot of it.
Anyways, on the topic of nostalgic music.
Admittedly, I find the song kind of catchy, but it is pretty bad. I played the shit out of the Ten Thousand Fists album in my early teens, because holy shit did I think metal was the only good genre of music.

Every Disturbed song sounds like Stricken to me, which I actually sort of like. It's a fun song to play on Rock Band anyway.

Well, you would have been what, 8 years old? Can't really fault you at that age. Even with Creed.
Creed do suck though.

So, for whatever reason, yesterday I ended up listening to the entire Eminem Show album on youtube, and for some reason is constantly reminded me of playing Dark Cloud. Especially the intros to each song. They just brought up images of the game in my head.
Which is odd because I don't remember ever listening to the album while playing the game, but I guess I must have done because the two strongly connected in my head. I would have been going through my Eminem phase when the game was out.
This one in particular.

I remember I used to listen to The Marshall Mathers LP while I played Goemon's Great Adventure.
Never did beat that fucking game. Guess it's just the way I am.

I used to listen to the Blues Brothers soundtrack while playing Tenkaichi 3. I still don't know why, but they are inseparable in my head.
