On the other hand I guess this means that absolutely no one else was even interested in making the game and if it wasn't for Nintendo it wouldn't be getting made at all. On the other hand FUCK.
There was a suggestion today that spare gamepads for the Wii U - the tablet like controller - will be stupidly expensive. The price announced, or at least rumoured, in Japan translates to a little over one hundred quid / one hundred and sixty US dollars. Yes, if you want to buy another Gamepad you need to fork out over a ton. Utterly ridiculous.

Well, you can only use one pad per console, so you should only need to buy a spare if the existing one brakes. I'm assuming of course that every console will come with a pad as part of the package, which may not actually be the case going by some reports.

There are two versions of the console available, black and white. Both come with tablet controllers, HDMI cables, sensor bars and everything else you need to get the console ruining. The black version has more internal memory but both are expandable up to 2gb so it doesn't really matter. The black version also comes with a handful of accessories like stands, docks and true like plus Nintendo Land and an automatic upgrade to an online rewards system that gets you points whenever you buy something from the nintendo store.

So for playable characters we now have Bayo, Jeanne, the Lumen Sage (Might be this one?), and now the Black Kid who Breakdances, Platinum knows what I want.

The demo for this is pretty great and surprisingly varied for how long it lasts, you only get to use basic guns but the battle system is as good as ever and there's a pretty cool setpiece boss section where a giant dragon climbs up a building and you fly around fighting it in midair. Really looking forward to playing more.
