Same. Despite owning the original version, I'll keep my eye on it. It'd be fun to go through that good old adventure again in HD. Plus, Okami needs the support.

I'm assuming it's the Wii version and not the PS2 one? I'd rather emulate it and get the original aesthetic to be honest.

Well the trailer shows comparisons with the PS2 version, but it does look slightly different. I don't the screen turning into a page of a book when you used the brush on the PS2. Were there many differences in the Wii version?

Nah, from memory the only real difference aside from controls was a filter that, in my opinion, made the game look nicer being toned down/removed in the Wii version.

I doubt it would bother me if I hadn't already gotten 100% on the PS2 version years ago, it's still a good looking game.

I'm really torn on whether I should buy this, or buy Assassin's Creed Revelations, or just play one of the half dozen PS3 games I already own but haven't touched.

I still have my PS2 copy and as much as I love the game, I'm not buying it again, glorious HD visuals or not.

So do I, although my sister's borrowing it at the moment. But I didn't realise I was apparently a huge sucker for HD rereleases.
