Playing ultimate tenkaichi made me remember dbz again no particular order:
For DBZ: Vegeta vs Goku Everyone vs Frieza Vegeta vs Majin Buu Piccolo vs 17
I guess Trunks vs Frieza

As well as the ones you mentioned, Vegeta vs 19, Vegeta vs Cell and Goku vs Cell. I wouldn't really call it a fight, but what Gohan did to the Cell Jr.s was pretty entertaining too.

Oh yeah i forgot about that one, Vegeta normally is the most enteretaining, as he's the only one who consistently used new attacks and didn't have qualms about being brutal.

I really liked Goku vs Vegeta, Gohan vs Cell was one of my favorites actually. Good memories back from the old days!

This plus Yamcha vs Ten and Krillin vs Piccolo for short fights.
Also, Vegeta vs. everyone. One of the few DBZ fights I never get tired of.

All the Cell Tournament fights and Krillin getting impaled by Freeza then blown up. Not really a fight I just liked him shutting up.
