| it comes with some dlc and the dlc that isn't included is compatible. but i think dlc is region lock so you'll have to buy it from US PSN | |

| i just counted character slots and you can create 220 custom characters.
this has co-op and i don't have a vita. that alone should tell you which one to get | |
