So number 1 rule i've found ordering from the US do not order from Gamestop online, you will be charged ludicrous import fees by UPS.

If you want to order using paypal, these sites accept:
www.shopto.net
http://www.365games.co.uk/ (same as ozgameshop but ships to US and EU)
http://www.ozgameshop.com/

http://www.365games.co.uk/ is ozgameshop except they ship to America and Europe.

I use Yesasia for Japanese stuff since Playasia doesn't ship to the UK.
