I've been walking a lot lately up and down a long road. It's 2.5 miles from my house to where I work. So I walk and average of 5 miles a day. On days that I don't work I walk close to 30 miles.
For work I've been going to a milk and juice factory to stack 6000 60lb chocolate milk boxes in a 40*f room.
Throughout last month I lost 30lbs.

So abs works with you then?

I pretty much got all the School Milk and Juice I wanted or a Popsicle.
