Pikachu's experience points get reset at the start of every new arc. And Pikachu is a pretty bad Pokemon to begin with.

Which is why Pikachu can thunderbolt a Rhydon and KO it, Ash is perpetually 10, his skill and pokemon's levels decrease at the start of every season, etc.

Why on earth would you apply rules from a different fictional universe, that makes no sense. Not to mention it's wrong in our universe anyway, and also the fact that it wouldn't fucking matter even if you did. So bearing all that in mind, what was the point of your post?

Red from the games, who you play as in RBY and the last dude you face in GS. The manga Red is badass too. But I prefer Blue and hate Yellow.. I'm pretty sure manga Red had poliwrath and aerodactyle, its been a while since I read the manga.

Ash has caught more than ten sure, but he only uses 6 at a time to travel with unless Charizard comes back or he's in a leage battle.
