Dynasty warriors 5: xtreme legends

I think this game is awesome
i'm not really sure why people insulted this expansion
i really enjoy destiny mode and xtreme mode
xtreme mode is just so tough though

hell yeah how did i miss this. this is like the only one i still play for ps2

yeah xtreme mode is really tough

i think i cheated to beat all the levels

it's harder for me cause i always play co-op and player two isn't very strong later on

yeah in the very late levels it's like playing a max difficulty level on chaos or something

but i love destiny mode a bit more

i need to get tha broadsword secret weapon though

but there are 2 secret weapons i only have one of them the rapier
both are in destiny mode

i got all fourth weapons as i did that in DW5
the two weapons are only in destiny mode as only create a characters can have them
one of them is a rapier, but if a guy gets it you'll cry as the move set is clearly a womans
the other is a broadsword, unfortunately so is cao cao's weapon so it would be hard to identify it unless you remember his sword names

never knew about it...

but i know i have the fourth rapier

and the fourth greatsword

do you know how to get it and the stats for the sword?

oh right you got both weapons?

basically you need to get 1000 kills on any stage with you create a character
thats how all fourths are unlocked with your CACs
i think the broadsword is called Fu Xi's sword or something

oh those, you don't have to do it destiny mode i got those in legend mode

or whatever it is called

the actual rapier and broadsword you can only get on a create a charcter hence you get on destiny mode


the 4 different types of those weapons are acquired anywhere

you can use created characters in legend mode after you clear that scenario

i prefer using them in free mode though to unlock shit

yeah as its any stage you can

but can you use create a character's in story mode?

can't use them in story i don't think

well i can imagine you can't use them as player one
but what about as player 2?

yeah player two you probably can. don't remember though cause i rarely put it together with DW5 since there isn't much te two can do together differently than when they're stand alone.

(not sure if this makes sense hope it does )

the new items are cool though
and the fighting system changed drastically

the fighting system? really? it has been a while since i played 5....

main difference were how people fought with heavy weapons and shield characters IIRC
i can't remember the rest but there are quite a lot of changes
