That's pretty damn funny but pathetic at the same time. But then again, what quality FF have we gotten in the last 10 years (Bar X).

I suspect they pissed away so much money on the game engine they're millking it to just get money out of the hardcore fans.

Thats the only logical conclusion i can come to.

I see nothing wrong with throwing out top quality games in quick succession.

There's nothing inherently as long as you're throwing out good games... which they are not doing.

They just released a game called Deus Ex: Human Revolution. I heard that some people find that game quite good.

They did not make that game.

They published and oversaw it. I doubt they would have let it be released if it really sucked.

Or because Deus Ex is a big name and they know it'll make money. Eidos Montreal deserves the credit for that game, not fucking Square-Enix and the fact that you're trying to pass the praise to them is ridiculous.

Eidos made it and they made a bunch of brilliant games in the past.

Thats really not true.

If you bought games because of there publishers you'd end up buying some real crap.

I'm not hating on squenix, but i don't think they deserve the credit for other people's work.

This whole delay on 13 versus is pretty ridiculous. Its got to be fucking amazing to look good now. Although name alone will probablyl sell millions of copies.

Oh god the Omega Weapon fight in XIII-2 is going to be DLC.

This is pretty stupid. I could care less about costumes, they can charge whatever they want cuz I'm not buying them. The boss battle doesn't really affect me since I'm preordering it on Amazon regardless but to see Square adopt this trend is disheartening.

did a small search but didn't find a topic at first sight. most of you probably don't care about it, but I sure have interest in it. it's not that I'm hyped like I was for XIII, but I still really wanna play this one. the ending of XIII kinda left me wanting more from it. not that it was a disappointing ending, but i was kinda sad it had ended so i'm very happy to see this game come out.


releases early February over here, and end of January in the US I believe. already pre-ordered the Crystal Edition (cause I'm a sucker for collectibles + it has the soundtrack) + the collectors edition guide for it.

Oh boy, just what this game needed... QTE's.
