| actually nothing was technically broken i just wanted to see if i could adjust my analog since it was off center and forced me to walk forward in most of my games. and as of now i am only certain the vibration isn't working cause i'm too annoyed to put it back together.
either way i'm sure my friend has like a dozen, you know him, buu
forgot to mention it's my ps3 one

Yeah. I really wouldn't ask for details if that was the case. If you ever open up a controller again though, if you forget how to put it back together just youtube it. I've not opened up a ps3 controller, but if its got anything that falls out easily when opened might be worth checking it compared to youtube. Though if you can still play with it and its working normally to play games with don't mess with it till its properly fucked up you might make it worse.

| i know how to put it back together, i just got really frustrated because some pieces just require a very delicate touch to keep from moving while reassembling. that light that indicates controller slot has almost nothing holding it in place and the vibration motors can snap the wire from it's own weight. anyway, it was old as hell and really worn down so i found no harm in attempting to fix it. | |

| putting a controller together really isn't all that hard, I've disassembled and assembled all of mine out of free will, not cause I need to, just felt like seeing inside...
but then again, I'm kinda handy..

| Someone wrote in to the Electric Hydra show, saying that they had crushed three teeth on an N64 controller in a rage fit. Nothing beats that. | |

but then again, I'm kinda handy.. You're lucky in england. Its not uncommon to be forced to disassemble and reassemble controllers at gun point.
