| Haven't encountered "adrenaline jumps". There is an adrenaline thing for combat that slows everything down and increases your damage output. Haven't had to use it for jumps or anything. | |

I'm pretty awesome if you haven't realised. What i was referring to was in legend when i did my thing in combat i could run up a guy shoot him in the face. While i back flipped off him i shot two different guys behind him. To say it proved i'm badass is a understatement. I didn't even know you could do it in the game.

| I've used the adrenaline before, yeah. But only to shoot tigers in the face. | |

| This game, especially the shooting mechanics are pretty bad. The exploration wasn't too bad but as soon as enemies were entroduced it started to get crappy. | |

I haven't played underworld but i can't say directly, but if you're playing it like uncharted thats really what the problem is. This is a run and gun. You flip and dodge shit.

| I'm playing on the hardest difficulty and it is insanely easy. The combat is about as un intuitive as it gets. Personally it's a step back from 3. | |

there is no way that can be a serious statement. It wasn't bad by any means but it couldn't even come close to U3's. I mean U3's was a whole dedicated level to it, the bit in this game took maybe 60 seconds. it was cool when the ship shifted but that's about it. There wasn't any sense of urgency either. Overall though this isn't that bad of a game. I think I just started out hating it because I had played all 3 Uncharted games in a row right before playing this and lets be honest, this game isn't anywhere near as polished from a control/platforming standpoint. The story is terrible too. Granted I'm completely lost (I'm in Mexico right now) because I didn't play the first 2 games but still it's about as boring as it gets. The human ai is retarded too. The litterally jsut stand out in the open shooting at you. That's all they do. All that aside the levels are pretty varied and give you more freedom than Uncharted in the way you can explore them, which is nice. The combat can be fun even if it is really shallow. I do wish this game was harder though. I'm playing it on the hardest difficulty and still the only time I can die is from a fall when the crap camera makes me have to take leaps of faith.

| How far are you Moose? The platforming towards the end of the Southern Mexico level made me want to beat my head against the wall. Wasn't a fan of the motorcycle controls either. | |

| This game just got awful towards the end. I wanted to smash my face against a wall during the final part of the game. | |

| The last level just accumulated into some of the sloppiest plaforming I've seen. What they made into the final boss part glitched on me so it just made it very frustrating on top of everything.
This game wasn't as bad as I was making it out to be. it was decent enough and it actually could have been really good. Very short, unpolished gameplay, with no difficulty whatsoever and a terrible story. Basically with more polish this game could have been pretty good.
6/10 is what I'd give this.

| I don't know what problems you guys were having with the final level but it was fine for me. No more problems than the rest of the game anyway. Lara slipped off the moving platforms a couple of times, but she always caught herself.
Story was pants and without even knowing the rest of it I can guess it wasn't that great of a conclusion. But it was a good platformer with wonderful level design. The diving segments were great.
I'm going to play Sam & Max now and maybe play the two previous TR's after christmas or something.

| Ellis is a traitor, the fact this game is made by crystal dynamics means he should respect it.
Hell i just played legend and found out you can unlocking the fucking soul reaver in game. That was actually how i even considered buying this. I got GoL for the raziel and kain pack (the only character pack for a game i've ever bought), then decided i kinda like TR or could possibly try it out.
Anyway any game with LoK references is automatically good.

Anyway any game with LoK references is automatically good. The only thing CD shares with this game is their name. The creative geniuses behind LoK have no part in this series. You know what makes Naughty Dog so great? Amy Hennig.

You know what makes Naughty Dog so great? Amy Hennig. Just because the writer works for naughty dog says nothing about the team. If you actually bothered to play legend you'd notice there's clearly more to crystal dynamics then amy hennig. Besides everything i heard underworls was by far teh worst in the series. Also even if the story on uncharted is good, its nowhere on the level of legacy of kain, pretty much no game touches that. Games like infamous had better stories then uncharted, well the first infamous, Uncharted games might've been more interesting then infamous 2, i didn't really think about it.
