castlevania harmony of despair

everybody, unless it's a blue chest those hold revives to use on allies. i forgot to mention the treasures seem random

solo'd the puppet master. i got lucky as he took an easy path to follow and i was able to beat him down before he ever used his puppet magic

Chapter 1 was easy enough on my own. Then again, I'm playing as Richter. So, Ofcourse it's easy. lol

Anyhow, Yeah, Shanoa can get pretty much every where on her own. But I'd rather play as Maria or Charlotte or something. >_>

as soon as i thought this game was too easy, hard mode instantly solved the problem me and my friend got killed by the first axe lord and we laughed at each other. also on hard mode are items un obtainable on normal. i'm starting to love shanoa as well

Okay, Richter's starting to look like a bitch compared to Simon. And It's the 8-bit Simon as well (Despite the avatar showing Chronicles Simon).

But, Yeah, I'm finding all kinds of work-arounds that can be done solo. Decided to grind some more after Chapter 3 boss basically stepped all over me. lol

your best bet is to get in between his legs and throw axes at his knee. we should play sometime bob

lol, I'm just now getting to Dracula on Normal. Gonna need to grind some more, I think. But yeah, Simon's my guy.

dracula isn't too bad, unless you're partied with more female characters than male characters. i found death to be harder mostly because of all the platforming and how he attacks you mid level.

Just because I can. I'll prolly hop into an online thing after I beat Dracula. But I'll still mostly either play solo or local two player with my Cousin (Whenever he's over.)

seriously though play with me and buu. i'm only temporarily lending it to him, hopefully he'll be able to get it soon though

how are the dlc characters compared to th regulars? they any different or just reskins? i'm thinking of buying them

This game is one of the best platformers/adventure games i've played in ages. Its got all the best bits of castlevania in one game.

Simon is basically his NES self with new moves (Slide, Backdash, etc.)
Richter is like his Portrait of Ruin self.
Same for Maria.
& Getsu Fuma is apparently like he was in the game he was from. I've never played the game, All I know is he's pretty fucking boss to play as.

k, I think we need to have a rule about the Dual Crush, Only use it in desperate moments. -_- Because it can crash the game. lol

anyway i don't use it unless were fighting a boss on hard mode

either way that was fun too bad my friend had to leave though we could of gotten a five player game going
