I recently watched A Bug's Life with my nephew and this is literally the worst thing ever

Yeah but A Bug's Life is a great film, it's the first movie I actually remember going to see in the cinema.

Strange, the first movie I remember gong to see is Antz.

My first cinema movie was Toy Story.

Antz was good too, we had it on video when I was younger and I used to watch it all the time.

They were both pretty crap, antz was crapper though. As the Ants were fugly.

Yeah, Randy Newman's blubber songs would've fit a lot better in that movie.

I find it hard to dislike Randy Newman because he tries so hard.

They're about bugs... I saw both in the cinema, i kinda enjoyed Bugs life, Antz was just bad. Thing is you always love your first cinema film. But unlike me you were unlucky enough to watch something crap.

Rango is about lizards it ugly, I doubt i'd enjoy that movie. Ratatouille was about rats, again not something nice.

Some of these CGI guys lose the concept that your supposed to choose things that are visually pleasing and colourful to look at. Not things that are ugly and get uglier the more realistic you make them look. Seriously rango is just wrong.

How the fuck is this a believable love interest? She looks worse then the villains.

Oh come on, yeah the Antz characters aren't the most visually pleasing, but the characters in A Bug's Life don't look bad at all, the caterpillar being the obvious exception.

I haven't seen Ratatouille or Rango but they both sound worse than ABL. Toy Story is much better though, I'll give you that. It was one of the first films I can remember watching at home, too.

Don't diss Ratatouille plz. Easily one of the best Pixar flicks. Brad Bird at his finest.

Its not bad but i certainly prefer most of Pixar's other stuff, with the exception of finding nemo and bug's life. I honestly didn't like the chef guy, which makes it hard for me to praise the film. I was indifferent to rataouille. His brother was my favourite character but he didn't get face time. If it wasn't about rats i might have liked it more, hell even mice are more doable. When you see what the rats in london look like trust me you wouldn't want one as a protagonist in a movie.

I saw one the size of my forearm, I'm also 6ft in case you need a little help in estimating the size of that.
EDIT: that is not including it's tail which was fucking long.

The one i saw was in a student residence, on the kitchen counter. It could've very well been the real life rataouille. I obviously ran the fuck out of there. But yeah it's hard for me to find them cute. They carry disease and they're huge. I'm certain London rats have been reported to have killed cats before.

The first movies I remember seeing in cinemas were The Little Mermaid and the (good) Star Wars Trilogy, both rereleases.

I think the first movie I saw in cinemas was that shitty live-action Pinoccio movie from 1996(?).

First movie I vividly remember seeing at the theaters was Jurassic Park. I was 5 and from that day forward I thought dinosaurs were the coolest thing ever, even if they never really existed.
