| I think being in the top 70 out of tens of thousands was pretty damn good. I can appreciate the need to belittle people's accomplishments Moose, I too do that, but I'm still damn proud of my Sonic skillz. | |

| Well I mispoke then. I'm definately not there anymore as with any high score I'm probably back in the hundreds somewhere now since I set those scores about 2 months after release in the game. At the time the people in the top 10 had used glitches and gotten times of like 5 seconds on levels too. I'm sure more people have done that anyway.
I know I sound conceded when I talk about sonic but I'm better at it than I am at any other game so I guess I take a lot of pride in it.

| I can sync up my trophy list to show I've gotten about 70+% of the trophies for the game. This may be the only other game I plat alongside Fist of The North Star. lol
I'll say this though, I haven't S-Ranked the challenges. And honestly, I don't really want to go through the Doppelganger races again to try and do it either. I'm happy with S-Ranked acts, rival battles, & boss battles.
On another note, I love how this game allows you to use songs from previous games as a song for any level. Even better, If you can't find one you like (For whatever reason, There's some good shit in that tracklist.) you can even use songs from your XMB Music list.

| Only got 4 trophies left to get. Walk on Water, Can't Touch Me, & The two online trophies that are glitched. (Join The Ranks & Time Attacker) ...So, Yeah, Hopefully, I'll have the other two by the time Sega patches that. And if you're curious, Here's a rundown of the glitch and how to "work around it". - Quote :
- The online ranking trophies have glitched for several people. Apparently when attempting to post a ranked time to the online leaderbord a 8002a1a7 error code appears and stops the trophy from unlocking. SEGA is aware of the issue and have openly admitted that the only way to resolve it, is by deleting your entire PSN friends list.

| Yeah I do(I have the badass Collector's Edition to boot, dohohoho).
It's a pretty decent game, but just playing through the main story can be quite a short run. There are a bunch of fun little side-missions, mostly involving Sonic's friends helping him out, that add some decent length to the game, though.

| Exactly so anyone who doesn't have it by now can't reallly be a sonic fan.
I'm not used to 3d sonic it seems impossible to avoid shit unless you actually played the level before.

| Oh god i love this game gone through 3 classic sonic stages and S ranked them all. This is freaking awesome. I mean i literally did not expect this to be this good. The fact the stages have their original theme music makes this possibly one of the most awesome nostalgia rides ever. The fram rate outside of green hill seems to be more stable i think that level has way too much clutter, in terms of the overambitious background. That said the frame rate doesn't effect gameplay as yet. The feeling of speed is definitely kept throughout. Also doubt i'll touch 3d sonic until i have to. Levels i've seen so far: - Spoiler:
Green Hill Zone Chemical plant Zone Sky Sanctuary

| For Modern Sonic, just take advantage of L1 and R1 to quick step out of an obstacle's way and such. It won't be perfect, but that'll make playing those levels less bothersome.
I wish the drifting animation wasn't changed, though. In Unleashed, Sonic would press his hand against the ground while running and his sharp turns would feel more precise. Now he goes into a spin dash and it looked so awkward that it totally threw me off when I tried it the first couple of times.

| Any game or trophy glitches i should be aware of?
Also are these red stars hard to find?
The 3d sonic levels have bad music.

| I never experienced any glitches(although, I guess there may be some small ones people may have experienced). I don't think there are any trophy glitches, though.
Not sure how hard it is to find all the red stars. As I only did a quick playthrough of the game before jumping on to the other ones I got for Christmas, I've yet to collect stuff or do the rest of the sub-missions I haven't done.

| Alright So stages completed are: - Spoiler:
Green hill, both acts all challenges Chemical Plant, both acts all challenges Sky Sanctuary, both acts all challenges Metal Sonic and Death Egg defeated Speed highway, both acts City Escape, both acts Seaside Hill, both acts Shadow the hedgehog and Perfect Chaos defeated
There seems to be 10 challenges for each level, they're mixed difficulty but they do use different maps to the levels sometimes which adds variety so in some senses there's a crapload of bosses. The levels seem to be chronological in order, in terms of game history, i assume covering every single sonic game (although no sonic CD level but you do get its boss). Still finding the game great, no clue why 'fans' are complaining modern sonic sections are predomininantly 2d becauzse honestly the 3d bits you really do fuck all in, except hit boost which makes you for the most part invincible.

Well, Not every game. For example, They don't have the Advance or DS games (Although they have music from said games, Minus Chronicles.). But yeah, This was definitely the best Sonic game I've played this gen.

| Yeah, That battle is bullshit. Especially if you're trying to get the "You Can't Touch Me" trophy where you CANNOT BE TOUCHED BY ANY OF THE ATTACKS in order to get the goddamn trophy. Yeah, It's a fucking pain in the ass and honestly isn't really worth it. But if you're as OCD about getting it like I was, Then more power to you. | |

| If i can get the other trophies and this is the last one then i might go for it otherwise i'm really not gonna bother.
For S ranks do i need to S rank the boss battles because i didn't like any of them and really can't be bothered to replay them.

| Apparently, You only need to do the main stages. Not that getting an S rank on the bosses isn't fun or anything. (Really, The only boring fight for me is the final boss.) | |

| I liked the rival boss battles, perfect chaos was alright i guess. Death egg was pretty good, i didn't like whatever that third boss was i don't think i played the game he's the boss of.
I'm loving the challenges and main levels though.

I'm loving the challenges and main levels though. Egg Dragoon was in Unleashed, apparently. But yeah, I only like that battle for the sky diving section of it. lol

It's not a glitchfest. It really is intended to be just that retarded, unfortunately.
