Glee and Jane Lynch

So I decided to watch this show because I am a trend-follower and some guys and girls were talking about this at my school and how much they enjoyed it, so I decided to give it a shot since Season 1 is on Netflix. I'm on the first episode and... it's okay. There's a few funny sight gags and Jane Lynch is awesome but the main character is a douche. He blackmails this nice and self-conscious football player into joining the key club.

Oh well, it's only the first episode and I'm sure he'll find out and get quite a nice kick in the ass (As people usually do) from karma.

The first 13 episodes are great, then it steadily goes downhill with the exception of a couple eps, most notably the NPH episode.

Okay, the acapella Soul Bossa Nova melody is awesome.

Okay, it's a good episode until the "Don't Stop Believin' Number", then it becomes an amazing debut episode that makes me understand why people continued watching.

Yeah, it really becomes something special at the end. Deserved the Emmy for best directing (out of the ones nominated).

"Everyone thinks you're gay now and you know what that makes me? Your big gay beard!"

I laughed harder at that than I should have.

Kurt had better get more lines later because he is awesome.

Kurt actually becomes a really whiny characters whose entire plot consists of being a sad gay panda.

It's a shame because Chris Colfer is a great actor.

Didn't care too much for the ending of the second episode but it had several other solid musical numbers o it was all good and I'm finding myself liking Finn more and more.

Quinn's song makes me all kinds of happy.

Anyway join the Community stream on Savage's channel. It's boring right now.

Doing homework while watching Glee, if I joined the stream I'd be inclined to join the chat and get massively distracted.

Episode 3 was interesting (In a negative way) but still a pretty solid episode that I enjoyed.

I love Jane Lynch, everything that comes out of her mouth is pure gold.

I've only watched one episode of Glee and thats the Rocky horror special.

Just like how the hyped to hell Justin Bieber episode turned out to be full of jabs towards the kid, while the two JB songs featured were actually done better than the original version.

I'm on Episode 14 now and it is ridiculous how Sue gets away with the shit she does. Oh well, at least Jane Lynch is funny enough to sell it.

It gets worse in season 2 when she alternates between being a childhater and a caring teacher inbetween episodes.

Oh boy, a musical number using "Give You Hell" to try and portray your dislike towards someone else?

THAT'S NOT FUCKING CHILDISH, NOW IS IT? Then again... Rachel has been ranging from childishly annoying to a genuinely likeable character throughout the series, so it's not like this is going to be any different.

I forgive them for doing that because Gives You Hell was fucking awesome.

And to be fair, Finn was kind of a dick there.

I agree, I just have a stigma towards that kind of thing so my first reaction is to be bitchy about it.
