| Drink milk. It's a base and can counteract heartburn unless you have a legit diagnosis. For random bouts of indegestio I usually have a glass of milk and a piece of bread and it settles it down fairly well. | |

Other than that I sleep with 4 pillows and I dont snack late. | |
