Help!!

I need help deciding what game I should play next..
I'm on PC and my specs aren't great but I can run GTASA at high settings pretty well. I can run the sims 2 highest settings no problem. I'm usually a console gamer but I have no money and so..
I'm looking for a tactical shooter or a stealth action.
Something like the Desert Storm series, maybe Splinter Cell...
I also want something where I can buy weapons, or unlock new ones as I progress, rather than using the same one through the whole game.

Don't say CS. Please.

Or maybe also a roleplay? Never really got into it beyond the sims..
Possibly a straight up action game too. Like Ace Combat or some shit.
JUST GIVE ME SOME GOOD GAMES!!!

Global Defense Force
Ace Combat 5
Prince of Persia Trilogy
Scarface: The World is Yours

I'm on PC. Unless the online is free and warez-friendly, single player.

Buy TF2.
