Apparently Microsoft isn't too keen on the game, and they've put back the release. However...

Even if I did want this game, there's no way I'd be able to play it. The household Wii console is in the central living room, within clear earshot of my aunt's bedroom. Yyyyeah...

The 360 has been piss easy to pirate for, since it's a lot closer to a PC than a PS3 is. The new dashboard update had some secret pirate fighting code in it though. It communicates with the game disc using random codes or something, and if it doesn't get the right response back it doesn't read the game. Which means you should need an official physical disc from now on.
And this is a retail game? I assumed it was an arcade title.
