Also, my favorite kind of rap is old school shit
Like, from the 70s to late 90s
And most of the time, I just listen to instrumental shit

That not only makes him wrong, but also an arrogant prick.

Well that's not arrogant, so much as trying to better himself.
I mean, the guy's a dick still, but I'm sure he's said much more arrogant things that that.

I think Eminem released a decent album the past year. No gay bashing or anything concerning killing his wife. It was nice.

LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL I hope you know that Lil Wayne is looked at as a total fucking corporate puppet in nearly every hiphop scene in the world. Lil Wayne is the equivalent to what Limp Bizkit was in the 90's. He's a troll. The only difference between Weezy and Fred Durst, is that Fred has a 10 inch dick.
But if you like to hear a man in his late 20's talk like a cave-dwelling ogre, about his drug addictions (which make him totally HaRdCoRe), his "bitches, cars, and money", and his skills (which in actuality, are shit), then go right ahead.
I prefer the likes of Wu-Tang-Clan, Tupac Shakur, Public Enemy, Ras Kass, Eyedea, Eminem (Relapse was decent.. But this new Recovery shit? Wtf..), Atmosphere, Big L, Biggie, Supernatural, The Roots, The Coup, Flobots, Rage Against the Machine (I consider them a hybrid band. They are hiphop, as well as everything else in the world), Jabee, KRS-One...
I'm listening to Liquid Swords right now. Such a good album

Wow bacon, i never thought i would hear you mentioned some of those artists.
Big L is a legend and forever will be. He was better than Underground Jay-z at the time as well. Gza-Liquid Swords album is the best solo he released..shadowboxing is an art.
Most new rap is wack, Old school>New. I prefer 90's era the most though.

Why buy it? I mean I try not to DL music from smaller or indie artists/bands, because they need all the support they can get. But I don't see the point in buying albums from a major artist, like anyone from Wu Tang, or Bone Thugs, or any of Pac's albums, you know, guys like that. They have so much money already that I doubt a few thousand will make a difference. I have a friend who is in a medium-level band (they are signed to Warner Brothers) and he says that the make the vast majority of their money off of touring and merchandise, not record sales. ANYWAYS, that's beside the point.
Bone thugs are dope and so is Wu-Tang and their affiliates. RIP ODB!!!!

Artists get kicked off labels for bad record sales... Bone New album flopped in sales so they were relieved from Warner.
I only buy albums that are worth the purchase. really.
ODB dead killed Wu Tang IMO, they might break up :[ . I miss his antics lol.
Good job on record deal.
