I think for me its probably Sega or ubisoft they both release a lot of games and i like a lot of them.
Ubisoft has Tom clancy and a crapload of platformer type games (i'm including assassin's creed in there as the platforming seems to be what i did most, getting chased doesn't count). Sega has yakuza and pops up with other amazing games at random i.e. VC and throw me a classic bone occasionally i. after burner climax.

Capcom hands down. Street Fighter, Mega Man X series, Power Stone, Resident Evil, Devil May Cry, Breath of Fire.

Well the good publishers also develop their own games. Although i'd think you were a tool if you said EA.

Favourite:
- Nintendo, because they support their consoles with excellent games and they create innovative consoles
- Sega, for the older Sonic games and some other excellent titles like VC (even though VC2 is too... Japanese)
Least Favourite:
- Namco, for the crappy netcodes and for localising this instead of the Tales series:
