Guy opened the 7th gate and is getting ready to do what he says is a one hit kill after kisame launches a giant shark missile. Also Kisame can heal himself and regain chakra in water and drain chakra from you if you hit him with a wired kunai.

Though i think Kisame is gonna die, it ended on a cliffhanger of kisame doing what seems to be his strongest attack.

ofcourse kisame is going to die. a Villian can only escape death once in the narutoverse.
