I didn't live in Australia in the '90s.
Not that it matters since A LOT of that was on everywhere else when we were all kids(save for the blatant Aussie shows). Most of those shows were originated in America n' the UK and such. Did get Nostalgia-fied regarding Aussie shows when Round the Twist came on since I was here for that.

Nah, back then it was games that took ages for PAL regions to get.
