Is there a heaviness limit?

- KISS - Glam Metal
- Iron Maiden - New Wave of British Heavy Metal olol

- Slipknot - Nu Metal (rock with rap and scratching)
- Avenged Sevenfold - Metal
- Flight of the Conchords * - (they label themselves as) guitar-based digi-bongo acapella-rap-funk-comedy folk
- Arctic Monkeys * - Alternative rock (rather like Kings of Leon if I remember correctly)
- Louis XIV * - Alternative rock
- Metallica - Hard rock/metal
- Sublime * - Ska-punk
- Fishbone - Funk rock
- KoRn - Nu Metal

* means very good.

Just listened to some of the Alestorm stuff, damn that was hilarious, music was good weren't too much of a fan of the pirate singing, it was good but not my thing.

I liked sublime they were good, i like chilled out stuff like that.

Not a fan of flight of the conchords.

Iron maiden are nowhere as near as heavy as i thought they'd be and there stuff sounds pretty good.

I'll check out some of the others a bit later.

Yeah, if you don't like pirates, then they're not for you, even though they are really talented.

Yeah, Deep Purple and Black Sabbath are also Heavy Metal. Surprised? Most people are.
