God damn crappy duelshock2

I bought Beyond Good & Evil for the PS2, but it only works with a Duelshock2 controller. I've been using my DS1 for Dragon Quest because my remaining DS2 is a bit temperamental and disconnects randomly. But I have to use it to play Beyond Good & Evil, and every time it disconnects it cuts the sound out until the next time the game loads something.

I rented that game once. 'Twas neat.

Well, I took the controller apart, and one of the bits that holds the cable in place inside it had broken off. No idea if that's the problem or it's something more technical. If it is I haven't a hope of fixing it.

Well bollocks to it. Can't play the game like this. I'll just have to steal a DS2 from my sister. I'm sure she has one of mine anyway.
