i can't find any tauros and scyther isn't in this one
and been having trouble catching the others

na theres a second problem with leaf green it doesn't seem to save state properly

I found two moonstones, I was wondering If I should just use them both now and evolve Nidoran to Nidoking. Will that have any negative effects on the pogeymen?

Nope. The male Nido family has a poor movepool; so evolve it and teach it TMs (specifically, Earthquake and an electric attack)
