Hell, even the bad 90s animated shows like Spider-Man's first season is animated better despite looking shit overall.
eh?
i couldn't make a generalisation like that really depends on the look and mood things are going for
i mean i think akira looks better then most things and if we're talking scene for scene i can definitely pick out certain parts of animation that look way better in japanese things
admittedly i love disney as well
if batman the animated series has aged well thats probably better looking then most
something you need to consider is the budget for example check out the western intro to gundam wing that lookied way better then animation quality in the show. Disney are making cinema release movies globally, half the shit we're watching was never intended for international release or for the big screen

I know it's the budget, I constantly state it's the budget, I keep making that blatantly obvious each time. I know what's to consider, I never intentionally state it's because of their skills or laziness(unless it really is, seriously it took Akira's producers 10 years to make Steamboy yet it has the same animation as Akira and the lip sync is still as pissy as before). As Good as Akira's animation is though, it's still inferior to a lot of western traditional animated films(some with even lower shitty budgets).

i guess thats a matter of opinion i still think akira is one of the best looking animations ever, in terms of smoothness probably some other things i haven't seen it in a while
anyway i think both can look as good as each other if they put in the time and effort i mean i personally despise studio ghibli yet some ppl think it looks awesome
and even in stuff like dbz there were some really rare parts of the show probably about 5 seconds long that still look good to this day (usually in powering up i think)
personally for me i'm not a huge fan of japan no need to trash them for certain things though the ppl who think anyone who is japanese or anything related to japan are cool are dicks and ppl who think cause they're somehow connected to japan are cool are dicks i mean i never get this shit when ppl assume all japanese ppl have honour cause thats just retarded, i mean not everyone in japan is a fucking samurai >_>

No, a fine example of western animation is shit from the 90s where lasers were used instead of guns. Invisible guns are a fine example of dub edits.
The stupid things dubbers censor aren't to be blamed on the whole western animation industry, 4kids are just idiots. Assloads of western children shows(mostly superhero ones) these days have characters beat the shit out of each other and actually use guns.

Actually what's funny is it actually did but only OTHER heroes, normal people or villains could do it. I just think it's funny how the cameos are allowed to do it even though they should be in the same spot as Spidey as "Super hero role models".

i just remember that spidey pretty much only swung into ppl, which if you've looked over the series revently makes it just seem really weird

He did kick and such a few times or tried to bash people with an object. But everytime he actually does, there's some big flash that hides the impact.

I just explained that there were. Not that it made a difference for Spidey himself. Seriously it's sad that everyone can do it except him...And when he does do it, he has to be flashed with opponent magically sent flying.
