Was it really necessary? I liked the first movie and the second was okay because it actually involved a character from the first movie, a rather likeable one at that.
But who's this fag in the newest movie and why did they even bother making it? It's like how American Pie went to hell after the second one.

You mean third one, right? The Wedding was still with the original group and was actually better than 2.

Van Wilder was funny as hell, especially the bit with the cream eclairs. Never bothered with the straight to dvd sequels though.
