I quite enjoyed it, though it seemed pretty loose with it's own rules, and every cast member from the original who wasn't Ben Stiller was reduced to cameos at best. Amy Adams was pretty cute though, and she wears very tight trousers. Which was nice.

Yeah, the one thing I didn't get about that movie was this.
Why didn't Ben Stiller just turn the middle of the tablet? Then all the statues would stop moving, just like in the first movie. Also, Owen Wilson wasn't reduced to a cameo thankfully.
