The actual song sounds good in the JoJo version. The singer is better and not piss annoying and the lyrics don't have anything to do with happiness and love, instead it's a retelling of Part 4.

The only JJBA antagonist he could kill is Young Dio. Kars can't be blown up into pieces. He'd just regenerate, Dio would just stop time then punch him to death, Diavolo is hack, and Enrico is the same as Diavolo.

He's still really cool. By young Dio, I assume you're talking about the Dio that almost burned to death. Wouldn't he regenerate too?

Kira was a very powerful enemy who created the Groundhog's Day effect and managed to kill all of the main good guys at once. Although it was reverse, he still fucking did it.

He needs direct eye contact to use Another One Bites the Dust and he has a HUGE FLAW WITH THIS MOVE. Why the fuck would Dio or Diavolo give him that chance? They'd kill him instantly and quickly. Enrico moves at the speed of light, bro.

And like I said, Kars getting blown up repeatedly won't have any effect.

They're both showoff's, Kira is far efficient than either of them even though Dio can stop time but Dio is still far too fucking cocky for someone like Jotaro to not beat.

Um, because they HAD the power to fight back, duh. Dio killed Kakyoin and Joesph quickly because they were weak and couldn't put up much of a fight. Jotaro was too strong to be killed off quickly and could counter act Dio's time stop.
