From what I can tell, it's a modifiable fighting game that allows for almost anyone to fight almost anyone. Dio Brando, M. Bison, Deadpool, Peter Griffin, the Nostalgia Critic, Naruto, hentai tentacle monsters... you name it.

It's one of thousands of games you can play on Warcraft 3 frozen throne. DotA is a team battle game where you pick a hero or villian, buy items and fight in a huge forest, kill creeps, destroy attack towers, to win you must destroy the enemies base.
They also have the same thing with Naruto, Bleach, and one thats just anime characters including Azure Kite (can teleport anywhere that it visible on the map), Sephiroth (His meteor can hit anywhere, even inside the enemies base to kill creeps and the your opponents).
Theres plenty more games than just those though. It's a awesome game.
