Just saw this. Good vampire film. In terms of plot, I guess it's bit like Twilight (stay with me), except with 12 year olds, none of the sparkly fantasy romance stuff, some fairly graphic (although infrequent) violence, and with proper, established, recognisable vampire lore.
Not sure where it was made, but I'd guess somewhere northern Europe given the location and language. Some slightly odd moments as well. One scene in particular involving some digital cats that got a few laughs, and another involving the girl's... I'm not exactly sure, but it was odd. It's a pretty slow moving film, but it works. The digital effects were well used and appeared pretty minimal (other than the aforementioned cats). I recommend it, although I'm not sure where you might be able to see it (other than online obviously). I saw it in the cinema, but I think it was released on other regions at various times.
