The thing that surprises me the most is that........Why is the different designs such a shock? SINCE WHEN SHOULD A MANGA DESERVE MORE ACCURATE DESIGNS? Spider-man n' shit had their villains fucked up and different looking and those films turned out to be ok(well, the 3rd not so much >_>). The issues that should be complained about are missing Krillin, the school and Yamcha being cool.

Spiderman's villains were all recognisable.

Piccolo has pointy ears and has a non-human like appearance.

I know, but just from the picture, it's not obvious who the character is. It looks more like a villain form Buffy, coincidentally.

I'm not saying it's going to be a bad film just because of how Piccolo looks.

I'm not saying that you're individually saying that either.

Moving on from Piccolo, those pictures do give me a bit more hope for Chatwin. Finally he has some emotion and effort in his face.

If they'd just shaved Marsters's head and painted him green he would looked more like King Piccolo than he actually does in the film.

At this point, I'm glad they're doing a DB movie.......could you imagine what they would've came up with if it starred frieza or cell?!!! Cell would be some dude in a green jumpsuit with a grasshopper mask on, and frieza.........probably some douche wearing an oversized condom with a tail.........the misery........

They could have Freeza be played by a woman!
