E3 2017

To be fair, I honestly forgot E3 happened until last night when one of my internet buddies mention EA's E3 Conference

Heard it was a pretty shit conference with nothing much besides one game.

Anyways, tonight is Microsoft. So I expected Scorpio stuff and maybe some other surprises. They been lackluster for the past few years, so let hope they can impress.

The first time we don't collectively watch E3 and Microsoft decides to announce the X-Box One X, the absolute worst name possibly ever.

Very unimpressed with Xbox lineup so far and Xbox One X is the the edgiest and hip name I've ever heard for a console.

Though Metro Exodus look cool and that Gulity Gear-esque DBZ game looks awesome

Microsoft conference was just.......dull.

Like lifeless as fuck, no excitement, no thrill, no passion.

Metro, DBZ, and some others looked decent, but nothing special.

So Microsoft E3 will get a........I guess 5/10.

Not bad, but nothing impressive.

Ok in all seriousness, that was just a really bad conference.

Except Wolfienstein II, that was cool.

But paid modding returning.............Fuuuuuuuuuccccccccccck

Microsoft was very dull. So many exclusives and I didn't give a damn about a single one, except for Cuphead, which I think is pretty neat and original.

Best game I've seen so far is surprisingly from EA and it's Anthem from Bioware.


Also hyped for The Evil Within 2, really loved the first one.


Nothing else that was worth noting I think.

Okay, Star Wars Battlefront 2 looked good as well, might get it for the single player, al though I wasn't really a fanof the previous one.

No Mount and Blade 2 Bannerlord stuff.....................fucking hell.

Buuuuuuuuuut, Age of Empires 1 enhanced port. WOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL

This is too enjoyable

So I watched Sony and Ubisoft's E3 Conference.

Ubisoft.

Gotta give credit, it was decent. The games and presentation were done well (With a few exceptions). I'll be honest, I am not the biggest Ubisoft guy, but they made me SLIGHTLY interested in Assassin's Creed and Far Cry this time around.

Sony was so meeeeeeeeeeeeeehhhhhhhh. They were actually were worse than Microsoft. Feels like they rushed this presentation at the last minute and had absolutely no passion (Audience and on stage).

To put in perspective how bad, people were hyped more for Xbox games Backward Compatibility than anything Sony presented. That is how bad.

Spider-Man and other games look decent, but felt shallow.

So far here are my views

EA- 4.5/10
Bethesda- 2/10
Microsoft- 6/10
Devolver Digital (Yes, it wasn't a REAL conference, but was fucking funny)- 9/10
Ubisoft- 7/10
Sony- 4/10

Sony wasn't that bad, they showed great stuff.

It was just an onslaught of just trailers though, could've used some more live demo's or people talking about their games.

Sorry i didn't have time to watch E3 this year, althoughi don't thin i missed much.

I was told were getting beyond good and evil 2 though which is probably the most exciting thing i heard that and the possibility of a pirate game.

I will give battlefront 2 a look as its got no season pass.

What are you talking about? This is the best name a console of theirs has ever had. It's either XBOX, which is fantastic in the way it's come full circle and equally as silly, or it's XOX, which is the best. XOX, Microsoft.

No RE2 remake news or even a release date announcement for the already delayed DLC episode of RE7? I'm so disappointed.
