Trophy Whoring: Red Dead Redemption

You know, I've had this game for a second now, but never made a real attempt to go after the Platinum.
Maybe because there's some ridiculous trophies, like playing Liars Dice without losing a die or win a perfect game of poker.

Seeing that I'm pretty much bored because I still don't have PSN after these last 5-6 months, I've only got like 6 games, and I've Platinumed all the other games with the exception of Black-Ops and inFamous 2(because I don't have PSN).
I'm gonna attempt RDR's ridiculous trophy.

So at least give me this: How do you play Liar's Dice, Cards anyway.
And where can I find some of these hideouts.

Liar's dice is all about being awesome. Though you can't get the platinum anyway as there are multiplayer trophies.

I'm aware of that.
Right now, I want to get the stupid single-player stuff out of the way first.

This. Requires much more skill than Poker.

I finally manage to get the one with the horse show.
And the game cheated me out of "Fightin' Around The World."

I think that title is more appropriate
