One Piece; Unlimited Cruise Bitching

Okay, I want fucking names of the people who make these games and where they live and funds to find them so I can kick all of them in their teeth. The infinite amounts of item grinding is bad enough but now you place restrictions on the levels of moves depending on the difficulty? Fuck this, I'm using a god damned game save to get immediate access to hard difficulty because you have to beat the game once to unlock the next difficulty and that's way too annoying for me to bother with.
