I'm on chapter 9 and I'm completely ignoring Seth. So far Ross and Gilliam are the only 2 who has classed up besides Seth who starts out like that. And it seems nearly impossible for me to train a Pegasus knight. She misses like crazy and she's weak. If I went through this without restarting she'd be the only one dead.

TOWER OF VALNI. give her javelins, surround her on all sides with unequipped tanks, and have her do all the work. the tanks get slight exp form this as well (1xp per battle or something small like that), and she gets xp for all the kills and thus levels up safely.
if the map has archers or ranged attackers (skeles with javelins, runeswords, etc.), retreat and re-enter.
