Monster Hunter Tri

In August and early september I was addicted to this game. Back when I lived with my older brother and before I made the mistake of trying to get back together with my GF I played this 24/7. For about a month straight. Probably my favorite Wii game. Can't play it now since my Wii is broken but I wouldn't want to seeing how addicting it is. I made up to HR27 before I quit. I was taking on big monsters like this guy

It was so fun. Basically the game was attack attack, dodge, attack attack, heal, attack attack, maybe block, dodge or heal. But nothing was more satisfying than taking down one of these giant bahemoths.

I'll post some vids to what I mean. Maybe if I get my Wii fixed and homework and parenting slows down somewhat. We could play if someone else gets it. The community was pretty alright from what I remember. Everyone was down to help noobs and I owe my life to alot of people out there who saved my ass and told me how to attack the weak points for massive damage.







This game was my World of Warcraft except Capcom style.

Also how do you break all your consoles?

I remember meeting a guy same level as me about HR10 and we were taking on Royal Ludroth and qurupeco. We were getting our asses kicked and we both ran away like little bitches. to the next area of the map. Healed up and sat there. Just the two of us. Our convo went like this:

Me: Aww man this is insane
Him: I know
Me: You alright buddy?
Him: Yeah just keep Peco off my back and I'll try for a front attack.
Me: You're crazy
Him: What hope do we have
Me: right ok

Against all odds we went back and faced them implementing his plan. We ran out of potions and whitestones. We managed to barely kill both of them with my last strike of my greatswords sharpness and a minute left on the clock. The Royal ludroth went down. I'll never forget that. Funnest most epic moment in gaming boys.

There were other times I had taking on a Barroth and again taking on two Gobuls where we were struck from behind. You walk in there thinking theres no hope and that was the best part of the game.

It's only 4 players to a mission. So it is kinda a MMO and not an mmo. Since only 4 people can be on a city and mission at once.

My ex gets mad and tries to break them, or theres other circumstances.. I got my Wii back from her place on saturday I plan to get it fixed sometime soon since I got like 15 VC and WW games on it.

I think I'll go for Lord of Arcana instead.

Well if you own a Wii and have online. This game is a must buy.

have it, playing it most days recently. had to start over since i got the wrong version (PAL, rather than NTSC), so i'll have to farm up rathian, bnahabra, and lagiacrus AGAIN.

makes me sad. IGN is Tobi if you get your wii fixed.

also, i've got characters on both the US (ign: " izhmir" yes there's a space at the front) and PAL (ign: "Tobi") servers, so no problems there.
