basically go into that station

and when you go down the platform turn right at the end and it will be dark and if you explore that side of the track theres a hole in the wall

and there will be a soul to talk to and he will say give me a demon to help me dig

time on ly passes in nocturne if pahses go by
so find a blue area and leave the character running so that phases pass
if you got nothing else tp dp in game

Time passes faster in the overworld, so you might as well do it there with a Repulse Bell/Estoma.
