and those actors are legit the scorpion guy was from hangover and the guy who was jax looked really familiar

The guy who played Jax is the one who said it was a promo for a game.

The guy who played Jax was in Black Dynamite I think.

He was whatshisface in The Dark Knight too.

That stuntman from Batman & Robin Movie played Scorpion in both the 1st MK movie & Conquest series? Chris Cassamasa

Jax is played by Michael J. White (Spawn)

Sonya is played by that former lawyer from Boston Public who used to sleep with the guy who played the role of Phantom in the movie (Billy Zane)

Johnny Cage is so badass in the first movie, which is a perfect translation from VG to Movie in my opinion, he gets his head removed too fucking soon, and I hate that Shao-Kahn breaks his neck in Annihilation

Sub-Zero looks like a Tyrant from Resident Evil

At least Scorpion looks awesome enough, though he's not masked

Baraka is a surgeon who because of failing in one operation goes ooga booga

The idea behind this movie in general is a major WTF, at least I hope it reveals to be decent to very good

without chris cassamasa it won't happen

I agree the 1st films jonny cage was amazing to the whole fight was brilliant between him and scorpion as well

Too bad I can't find the fan film where he acts as Ryu from Street Fighter

MK already had a decent storyline, they didn't need to add such nonsense and Johnny's death is a huge mistake.

That hopefully will be realized at WB and become a full fledge badass MK film. That was the purpose of making it in the first place, just to pitch it to them and see if they like the director's vision of an MK movie.
