Maximo: Ghost to Glory

I bought this game at Playntrade for $3.34.
I've played one level on this before but I never got to finish it. It's part of the Ghost 'n Goblin series which the only other game I've played from that was Super Ghouls 'n Ghosts which was a pain in the ass when I was a kid (with Tobi as my witness).
Plot: Maximo, a warrior who returns to his kingdom finds out that Archille has taken over and became king with Maximo's love interest as queen. The land is overan by the undead.
My PS2 refuses to read it so I'll be playing this at Tobi's.

Also I could of gotten DMC1 but I was 34c short, so I bought this instead.

I'll more in likely start playing it tomorrow night. With class exams for today and tomorrow I've been studying left and right.

Just played the first level, its not as annoying as super ghost n ghouls but the camera can kill you in places.
A lot of hidden chest that are activated when jumping in a certain spot (so far around trees).
It has a level complete % now and according to the book, if you complete the entire game with 100% you get a bonus thing.
Instead of 2 hits and you're dead they gave you a hit bar per number of pieces of armor so it's less harder than super ghost n ghouls.

ghost and goblin series is notoriously hard

don't be suprised if you hit a wall

I know, I was expecting it to be.
I just wish they kept it like a 2 hit death for the player.

They also added sword upgrades to make your sword stronger for a number of hits then it returns to normal.

super ghost in ghouls bosses you had to know what the bosses did and their range on everything.
The real mind fuck of it was before you reach the final level the princess tells you to go through the entire game again to find the god bracelet that she hid.
I've only played 2 games of the series.

Its a fun game but you just want to strangle it.

I may download it, my computer may suck but it can play old games pretty well.

Ok, there are worlds. I'm gonna guess 3-5 worlds each with a boss.
Boss one you need your shield and the throw shield ability.
Also if you dont want a game over just play the first level over and over to gain lives and continues, also koins.

Ok I forgot about this, Prp wanted me to farm points for him on LoL. I'll continue playing this weekend.
